Preface

By signing up and actively using the FindYourStash.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. FindYourStash.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via the member's support forum. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the FindYourStash.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Signing Up

(1)Qualification for membership

• 18 years of age or older
• Full name
• A valid US street address (no PO boxes)
• A valid eMail account. Bounced eMail accounts will be suspended. Bounced eMails include box unavailable and auto-responders requiring validation.

(2) Site eMails

• By signing up with FindYourStash.com, you agree to receive mailings related to FindYourStash.com. These eMails could include site news, events, contests, new offers and upcoming payment schedules. Your eMail address will not be sold, traded or gifted. You may unsubscribe from these mailings at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in the eMail.

Earning

(1) A user may only receive credit for completing an offer once. Do not complete any offer twice. This is considered fraud.

(2) FindYourStash.com does not guarantee that a user will receive credit for offers. We reserve the right to refuse credit for an offer for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to, fraud, system abuse and early termination.

(3) Requests for no-credit are accepted by only some trial/purchase offer advertisers, and not at all by the following :

• eMail/zip submission
• Rate quotes
• Newsletter signups
• Website signups
• Survey offers

Effective for users who sign up after 07.18.2007 : Before gaining access to offers that require a credit card, you must verify your physical address. This can be done in one of 3 ways

• 1. Mailed check : A check for your non-credit card earnings will be mailed to your street address. This check must be endorsed with your signature. For your privacy, please do not write your account number on the check.
• 2. PIN Only : A post card with a 5 digit pin will be mailed to your street address. You must eMail back to help@findyourstash.com. Pins expire 30 days after mailing, and must be received before expiration.
• 3. Should neither of these options be appealing, users may photocopy their state issued ID, blacking out all information but name, address and birthdate, and

• PayPal payments will not be issued to unverified accounts that request first payment after 07.01.2007.

Payments

(1) Members may request their free gift one they have met all of the requirements listed below

• Your account must be in good standing.
• Supplied valid and truthful information.
• Completed at least 1 offer.
• Have at least $10 in your account.

(2) Payment conditions

• Payments requested by 11:59 PM CST on the last day of the month will be paid on, or around, the 20th of the following month.
• Payments will only be sent to US-Verified PayPal accounts.
• Users with PO Boxes listed on their account will not be paid until a valid, physical street address is provided.
• Users who earn more than $599 in a calendar year will be required too submit a W-9 before further payments can be made.
• In the instance of an advertiser initiated reversal : Your account balance will be debited the amount, and any submitted payments will be adjusted accordingly.

Actions that result in non-payment/account forfeiture

FindYourStash relies on the honesty of all parties in order to remain an asset to all users. In order to ensure this honesty, to the best of our ability, we closely monitor our site for fraud and abuse. If any of the following is observed, related accounts will be suspended and all earnings forfeited.

• Multiple accounts sharing distinguishing information
• Encouraging users to cancel once credit it received
• Completing the same offer multiple times (on any site)
• Providing false/incomplete information upon signup
• Providing false/incomplete information to an advertiser
• Any manipulation of the system, defined as
  • the use of bots, scripts or other means of automating signups
  • unauthorized access to the site functions
  • excessive completes in a short period of time, that would suggest the use of automated software.
• Advertiser initiated reversals of trial offers in excess of 3 per calendar month, or 6 per calendar year.
• SPAM

Account status

There are three statuses to FindYourStash accounts. To prevent fraudulent signups and referrals, we do not allow user accounts to be deleted.

• Active : User has logged in since the first of the month.
• Inactive : User has not logged in since the first of the month.
• Suspended : User has violated TOS and has been suspended.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and FindYourStash.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and FindYourStash.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of FindYourStash.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

FindYourStash.com is not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive credit.
